Explain the difference between ‘event recording' and ‘duration recording.' Provide one example of each recording strategy in your response
What will be an ideal response?
Event recording is a straightforward way to measure a behavior by counting how many times it occurs in a given period of time, is discrete and has a clear starting/stopping point. Duration recording is a strategy concerned with the length of time the behavior lasts. Various examples are acceptable that demonstrate understanding of the two strategies.
