The question close uses questions to generate a decision point. While the situations may vary, the question close focuses on having the buyer make a key decision. For instance, some salespeople may need to receive multiple approvals within a customer's organization before a purchase can be finalized. In such situations, critical closing questions may include "In terms of next steps, what needs to happen next in the decision-making process?"
