In general, when does an "incidental kidnapping" occur? Give an example of an "incidental kidnapping."

What will be an ideal response?

An incidental kidnapping occurs when an offender in the course of committing an offense against persons forces the victim to move from one location to another. Student examples may vary but could involve most any crime against the person (e.g., robbery, sexual assault) where the victim is taken hostage or coerced into moving to a location other than where the offense originated. The distance of the movement seems not to matter under Texas law.
