Explain the two key problems of an inflexible approach to situational leadership.

What will be an ideal response?

First, the general situation or context may shift over time. For example, needs of the followers may change over time, as they gain knowledge or confidence. Second, most situations themselves are fluid and can even “zig-zag” or change at a point in time, in terms of the required leadership approach. For example, some followers may need a “human touch” or people-oriented approach and other followers, at the same time, might need a more directive approach.
