much are behaviors that ultimately can result in added stress in the long run. Answers will vary but could include
the following:
†¢ Spending more time in online interactions than in physical face-to-face interactions can lead to social isolation.
†¢ Being unable to text, update one's status, or interact using a social network sites can lead to feelings of anxiety,
apprehension and stress.
†¢ Frequently texting or using social network sites at times that are considered inappropriate (e.g., class, work,
church, or on a date) can have negative impact on one's reputation and impact one's social and/or professional
relationships.
