Explain how today's police executives can provide strong leadership in the future?

What will be an ideal response?

There is a need for strong police leadership that is sensitive to the public. Police leaders need to be concerned about the police becoming too militarized. Police leaders also need to consider transparency and the public trust, especially with more access to video involving officers.
Police leaders need to be involved in succession planning. Succession planning is a process whereby police organizations take affirmative steps to plan for filling vacancies they know will exist in key positions.
