Total quality management (TQM) refers to an organizational culture that is dedicated to continuous improvement and the production of high-quality products and services, ultimately resulting in higher levels of customer satisfaction. In today's world of increased domestic and global competition, where Japanese companies have already gained dominance through TQM methods, I believe that all companies will have to follow this path.
