This is a slight to moderate discoloration that may appear in the surface after the topcoat and clearcoat have been applied. This may occur immediately upon completion of the refinishing or it may not occur until after a period of time possibly up to six months later. This is caused by the peroxide in the catalyst that has not been fully used up to cure the plastic reacting with the solvents and other ingredients in the paint materials.
