Why is Universal Design for Learning an appropriate strategy to use for students with learning disabilities?

What will be an ideal response?

Answers should address the fact that UDL provides students with different ways to access information, engage in learning, and represent understanding. These correspond with the Information Processing Model - input, processing, output. Because students with LD have "glitches" in their IPM, the strategies in UDL allow them different ways to access, engage with, and demonstrate understanding of curriculum.
