1. PMRs are questionnaires used to get objective feedback from all members of a small group as a basis for group development (2).
2. Prepare questions to meet your objectives in developing the group, such as to have the meetings be more orderly, to change counterproductive norms, to get members to behave more responsibly, to stimulate an increase in open responses to each other, and so on (1).
3. Borrow and modify items from previous PMRs and create new ones to meet your interests and needs as a group (1). (up to 4 points total)
