? Our listening skills have declined because we are bombarded with so much information and cannot give our full attention to any one thing. We have begun multitasking and therefore not doing any one job well. We are also distracted and it is making us dangerous drivers, and even walking becomes difficult if you are walking with a handheld device.
? We can make an effort to disconnect and try to do one job at a time well instead of several jobs poorly. We can pay attention to the people in our company as well.
