Explain the difference in the operation of a computer with the minimum requirements and the operation of a computer with the recommended requirements. How can the user determine if his or her computer meets the minimum or the recommended requirements?

What will be an ideal response?

Minimum requirements will allow the computer to function with one program open at a time, but it may not run as fast as desired. The recommended requirements specifications allow for the full utilization of the software with more than one program running at the same time. Depending on the size of the system, multiple programs running at the same time may cause a slowdown in overall performance and may result in a computer "crash" if there are conflicts in sharing the memory and CPU. The user can use the menu to find the specifications of the computer and compare that with the minimum and recommended requirements before installing software.
