How does a strong work culture differ from a weak work culture?

What will be an ideal response?

A strong culture has artifacts that are strongly connected to the values and assumptions, and the values permeate the entire organization. In a weak work culture, there are only loosely connected artifacts, and the values are limited to top management. Workers identify more with their subcultures than the company’s values.
