Purpose is to maximize and identify growth needed for the supervisees. Believes that all individuals are continually growing. The three developmental models discussed in the textbook are the integrated developmental model (IDM), the Loganbill, Hardy, and Delworth model, and the Ronnestad and Skovholt model.
