What will be an ideal response?
Answer: Usual aging-changes thought to be typical or expected, increase in body fat and blood pressure, decrease in lean body mass and bone mass. Successful aging - changes still occur but are not "sped up" from influence of lifestyle, enviroment or chronic disease, try to delay sickness/disability to last a few years/months of life. Scientists don't know all factors to promote successful aging.
