Describe how a teacher might use technology to help in observing and recording children's health and well-being

What will be an ideal response?

A teacher might use a cell phone camera, and iPad or other notebook with a camera, a tape recorder, a digital camera, or video recorder for anecdotal records, running records, time sampling, or event sampling. Video recordings might also be used for checklists. It is important that permission for any audio recording, photography, or videotaping be on file before these technologies are used. The advantages of a digital camera are that film would not need to be developed and a record could be kept conveniently on a CD for further use. The health record file might be kept on a CD to save room and for greater convenience. If a scanner were available, all records could be scanned and added to the CD.
