Stress is unavoidable and therefore it is important to develop effective stress management coping strategies. Eating healthy meals and exercising regularly are great stress management tools. Getting a good night's sleep also helps us re-energize and deal more effectively with the stressful events during the day. Deep breathing techniques and deep muscle relaxation can help us relax physically as well as mentally. Thinking positively and productively can be an amazing way to cope with stress as can talking to others about the stressors in our lives.
