Explain the major differences between an IEP and an IFSP
What will be an ideal response?
IEP is for children older than three years and is more educationally based. The IFSP is
for infants and toddlers and is more interactive, is more dynamic, and provides familycentered activities. In an IFSP, family members have goals and objectives to complete,
usually in a natural environment, which may in some cases be the home.
