What are three types of financial aid?

What will be an ideal response?

There are three basic types of financial aid: grants, scholarships, and loans. Federal and state grants are largely based on financial need. Some scholarships are based on need, others on merit or other qualifications. Scholarship qualifications vary from award to award. In contrast to loans, grants and scholarships do not have to be paid back. Loans, however, must be repaid in full, with interest.
