Cerebral Palsy comprises the largest group and occurs because of injury to the brain before/during/after birth which results in poor motor coordination and unusual motor patterns. Various examples of one physical challenge are acceptable such as walking on their toes with knees close together which may result in the use of a walker or wheelchair in the classroom.
