What will be an ideal response?
Answer: This is a matter of which side of the subtropical high these climates are on: Cfa is on the moister, unstable side while Csa is on the less moist more stable side. Csa has a rainy winter and rarely temperatures below freezing. Cfa has winters with snow and frequent freezes. The Csa climate has moderate summer temperatures as compared to Cfa climates; summers are very dry in the Csa climate.
