How do we develop a habit to change behavior?

To change anything, we have to change our thoughts and habits, or changed our behavior so that it becomes a habit. Developing a habit takes conscious planning and effort, and a habit has three parts. 1) Cue—reminds you to (or not to) do the behavior. 2) Routine—do the behavior. 3) Reward—reinforce doing the behavior to make it a habit.
