Heating that uses masonry at higher temperatures to warm indoors is more effective than circulating water in a system of hot water/steam radiators

What will be an ideal response?

This appears to be the case. Human beings react in comfort terms to the radiative
properties of a room. A room surrounded by radiating walls seems warmer than one
warmed to the same temperature by other means.
