What will be an ideal response?
Process Control Diagrams provide information on all control equipment being used and the values of the control variables involved in the process. These are sometimes used in what is termed Hazard Operability Studies, where each part of the process is examined in detail to provide a guide to what can go wrong, especially as regards health and safety but also the type and extent of damage that can occur to equipment.
