Is the maintenance of a stable price a viable objective? Why?
What will be an ideal response?
Price stability is a desirable objective because it allows a company to maintain confidence among customers. However, such environmental problems make the realization of such an objective very difficult. These include high inflation, material shortages, the high cost of money, consumerism, and price controls. To a great extent, these problems may have caused price stability to be an undesirable objective.
