How are complete and incomplete proteins different?

What will be an ideal response?

Complete proteins provides all the essential amino acids, along with some nonessential amino acids. Soy protein and protein from animal sources are complete proteins. Incomplete proteins are low in one or more of the essential amino acids. Although proteins from plant sources tend to be incomplete, they are lower in fat and higher in fiber and this may decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
