Explain the reason that as a beginning teacher your knowledge of learning styles is or is not important

What will be an ideal response?

It is important that the teacher (beginning or experienced) recognize that students may learn differently from the teacher-that the way an individual teacher learns best may be quite different from the way many of the children learn. If the teacher is not cognizant of this, then that teacher may only teach in the way he or she has learned, thus ineffectively attending to the learning styles and learning of many of the students.
