What will be an ideal response?

External influence is caused by physical things, such as noise caused by someone's cell phone
ringing, tapping their pen on the desk, or a room that is too cold. Internal interference refers to
psychological noise, such as thinking about what else you have to do that day, someone using
distracting hand gestures that make you more preoccupied with evaluating their behaviors than
their verbal message.
