In the PESO model, explain why it is difficult to predict the results of relying on Shared Media.
What will be an ideal response?
Using shared media means people on social media may or may not share your
organization’s content. There is no guarantee any sharing will be the result, or if the
sharing occurs, it will be the kind of sharing the organization was looking for. The
organization simply cannot control those who do the sharing. There is some risk in that.
