ABC Chemical company was forced to lay off numerous employees because of loss of business

John and a handful of other employees, as well as many of those suffering because of the layoff, decide to protest the layoff by creating a blockage at the entrance to the plant, thereby preventing shipping and receiving of goods. ABC management personnel confront the individuals in a peaceable manner in hopes to negotiate an agreement to allow the business to operate as it should. John suddenly picks up a rock and throws it at one of the members of management. Six of the protestors join suit and begin throwing rocks at the management personnel.
