What is a mixed-strategy approach to sales and operations planning?
What will be an ideal response?
A mixed strategy takes the best combination of chase and level plans to determine output levels. As with most things, rarely is slavish adhesion to a level or chase plan the absolute best course of action in all circumstances. A mixed strategy allows the planner to take the best of both approaches to developing a sales and operations plan.
