What are the advantages and disadvantages of credit cards?
What will be an ideal response?
There are both advantages and disadvantages associated with credit card use during college. First, we'll discuss the advantages. Credit cards allow you purchase items immediately even if you don't have the cash at the moment. You can also build good credit by using them carefully and paying them on time. It will also be easy for you to monitor your spending habits because all of your purchases will be tracked. The last advantage is that many credit cards have reward programs such as earning merchandise or cash. There are also many disadvantages. First, there may be charges associated with using the credit card and the interest will add up very quickly if you don't pay the balance in full. In the end, you will then be paying much more than the original purchase price. It is easy to accrue debt quickly and if you miss payments, you may hurt your credit rating.
