People, process, and technology all make up the critical mix to meet Social CRM goals. Which is the most challenging?

What will be an ideal response?

People are the most challenging because they’re the most resistant to change, and to
implement a new Social CRM program, they’re required to alter the way they do
their jobs. People are essential in all the implementation activities, from
determining business requirements to setting up the project management team, to
piloting the program and rolling it out. Without people’s buy-in, Social CRM will
never work.
