What impacts may result from changes in work?

What will be an ideal response?

Momentum or flow of work can be disrupted by changes in the work. If an error occurs in the construction drawings or if a latent condition is discovered during a work activity, a delay will occur. Changes will often consume field personnel, resulting in neglect in continuing other areas of work. Frequent changes produce confusion in crews, which reduces productivity. Crews often have a different attitude to work changes, consequently working without the same motivation to complete activities quickly and efficiently. The removal of recently completed installations can demoralize crews and slow productivity.
