I am 50 with kids and a job in the city, and this morning I want to go on a run around a few blocks in the morning, using my cardiovascular and muscular endurance, to stay healthy and be productive throughout the day. I am also redecorating my apartment, and I have to use my muscular strength to move the couch to the other side of the room. I’m glad my joints don’t hurt from so much movement after my busy morning, thankfully I do yoga at night to keep up my flexibility. I’m relatively in shape for 50, my doctor says I have a very healthy body composition. I’m glad I’ve been practicing a healthy lifestyle for so many years, my quality of life is much better because of it. I’ll be able to have a nice, long, retirement and soon I might even have the grandkids I’ve always wanted! I’ll make sure to tell them to take care of their health as well, because we all want a long and happy life.
