Describe the different "flows" in a supply chain network
What will be an ideal response?
One view of the supply chain is that it supports different "flows" to meet customer demand. The most obvious flow is the movement of materials from suppliers to customers. Less obvious is that there are financial flows and information flows that go along with each movement of material in the chain. Coordinating the flow of all three between the various supply chain partners adds considerable complexity to it but also provides more opportunities for making the supply chain more effective and efficient.
