Describe the lease disruptive of the four categories of organizational change.

Incremental change is the least disruptive of the four types. This type of organizational change involves small improvements to existing products and processes over time. These improvements are based on existing capabilities and technologies that get incrementally better over time. From a leadership perspective, these changes should be an expected part of day-to-day activities and do not usually require extraordinary efforts on the part of leaders. Also, because incremental changes are usually based on existing knowledge and capabilities, they are most often accomplished within existing organization structures.
