Burke suggests that there are instances where resistance can be a resource. Explain.
What will be an ideal response?
Where there is resistance, there is energy. What is worse than resistance? Apathy. Resistance is a form of engagement since change leadership concerns movements of energy, it is a movement from resistance to ambivalence to acceptance. Leadership is about working with that energy, that engagement, rather than ignoring or attempting to gain submission from change recipients.
