The sensor or intuitive dimension could help you determine how fast the employee will learn new procedures and projects and in what style that might occur. The thinking or feeling dimension might help you determine whether the employee will be more comfortable with explicit instructions or learning through feeling out how others think or engage with a project. Finally, the judger or perceiver dimension will help you determine how the employee’s schedule and workflow should be organized and presented.
