What are the advantages of reviewing your class notes soon after taking them?
What will be an ideal response?
Most people forget approximately half of what they hear very quickly. As a result, it is important that you review your notes regularly so that you will be able to recall them when circumstances require it. The most effective review of your notes should occur within an hour of the time you took them. Subsequent reviews of lecture notes should take place weekly. Doing this will minimize the need for you to do last-minute reviews of notes before exams.
