Explain the concepts of continuity of group and continuity of care, and explain how you would use them if you owned an early education facility.

What will be an ideal response?

Continuity of care means a student has the same teachers or caregiver for a continuous period, usually until age three. Continuity of group means children have the same group of peers for an ongoing period of time. Both of these ideas are based on the idea that stability and trust are built over time, and familiarity with the peer group and teachers allows children to feel more secure and engaged. II would organize my classes to keep teachers and groups of students together for as long as possible, and provide bonuses, recognition, and incentives to keep teachers for a length of time and to encourage parents to leave their children in the same class for as long as possible in order to provide this continuity.
