solutions that unevenly distribute benefits, and can be classified as winlose or losewin.
Avoidance, accommodation, and competition are all distributive approaches to conflict.
Integrative agreements are solutions that assume a beneficial solution for all involved parties
and can thus be classified as winwin. Collaboration and compromise are examples of
integrative approaches to conflict.
