The preparation outline is the foundation of your speech. Demonstrate your knowledge by

rules that should be noted.

Should contain title, general purpose, specific purpose, thesis, introduction, body,
conclusion, and works cited. Full sentences should be used for first two to three
subdivisions. Questions should not be used for main points, propositions, or claims.
Any symbolization must be consistent. Use only one letter for each number or letter.
Each subdivision should have between two and five points. Connectives should not be
included in the symbolization system.
