How does Aquinas's cosmological argument for God's existence differ from the argument from design?
What will be an ideal response?
The cosmological argument says that everything has to be caused by or created from something else, and therefore there must have been a first cause, or God. The argument from design, on the other hand, argues that because everything seems to be intricately designed, with a place and purpose, then there must be a designer that created it, God.
