Coherence therapists work experientially with their clients. What does this mean, and how is it applied in the clinical setting?

What will be an ideal response?

Coherence therapy requires working in and from the client’s emotional experience as opposed to having the client talk about the experiences in a distanced, intellectual manner. Working experientially is necessary to bring about transformation in coherence therapy.
