What will be an ideal response?

This statement should be refuted. When the behaviors of a child pose a danger to the health and safety of other children, the situation must be addressed immediately. While activities deemed to be dangerous can often be addressed early, a situation that has progressed to a dangerous point needs to be handled directly, although as quietly as possible.
