How could you educate people from Okinawa about the dangers of fast food to their long term health?

People could have "town hall meetings" where they talk about the findings that relate fast food consumption with health problems in other places such as the USA. They could give people a chance to discuss their concerns or give some insight as to how they can deal with this problem from an Okinawa perspective. Peoples' healthcare providers could give them either written nutrition information or sit down to talk with them about the nutritional and long term health concerns associated with fast food consumption.
