No. The anticontact rule governs the contact a member of the legal team may have with a party (or person) who is represented by a lawyer in the same matter. In this case, Norma had no lawyer, and so the anticontact rule didn’t apply. The rule on dealing with unrepresented persons applied. And here as well, Tara didn’t violate that rule, since Norma was under no misimpression about Tara’s involvement in the case as a paralegal for the lawyer suing Norma.
