Describe clinical signs of malnutrition in an individual's eyes, lips, skin, and nails

?Signs of malnutrition tend to appear most often in parts of the body where cell replacement occurs at a rapid rate, such as the hair, skin, and digestive tract (including the mouth and tongue). The eyes may have pale membranes, spots, dryness, or redness in the corners. The lips may appear dry, cracked, or with sores in the corners. The skin manifests poor wound healing, it may be dry and rough and may bruise easily. The nails can be ridged, spoon shaped, and pale.
