Define a fixed interval (FI) schedule of reinforcement and summarize the general effect of an FI schedule on behavior

What will be an ideal response?

The reinforced behavior occurs at a low frequency during the early part of the interval and gradually rises as the time for reinforcement draws closer. After the reinforcement, the behavior once again declines in frequency.
